When I first arrived
When I first arrived in Florida at the Fort Lauderdale international
air port I was confused as it was my first time there. Having looked at the floor
map to see where I needed to go to get my luggage and later I met up with my
brother to spend a week and a half in Florida on vacation.
When I first left my home state of Tennessee it was a cold winter’s
day with snow on the ground that was a few inches deep and the temperature was
around 28 degrees I was dressed warm since it was cold out and by the time I made
my final stop in Florida I was sweating going from a cold 28 degrees to a warm
75 in a couple of hours is not to fun when wearing warm clothes. So after
leaving the air port we left to head to his house so I could drop off my
luggage.
Then he showed me where the coconut that fell out of the
palm tree and hit his truck leaving a large dent in the roof of his truck and
the story behind the shenanigans the tree was playing because he didn’t find
out the dent came from the coconut till a few hours later that night when he
came home from town.
From then we went to a sports bar called Sofa King Sports
Bar and Grill down in West Palm Beach, FL.
Where the food is really good and
the seats are very comfortable. And the waitresses put on a little show for the
guests.
